Sapphire Serenity | Hot Tub | Pool | Ground Floor

Amazing trip and we would do it again! Positive: The condo was clean, spacious and very comfortable and the kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Location was also good. Amenities in the condo were excellent and we had an enjoyable trip! Negative: There is one item that needs to be replaced. In the master ensuite the seat on the toilet is stained and needs to be replaced. The toilet itself is fine but the seat is not.

Was overpriced for a unit on the corner of the driveway unable to leave the curtains open Positive: The location was good next to the lake Negative: The pool and hot tub was full of kids and then they shut it down for servicing The primary bedroom mattress was terrible. Need to be replaced. Did not have handicap handrails in the bathroom.

we were quite pleased with the rooms, beds, kitchen supplies; however we had problems with the codes Positive: MNo breakfast was provided Negative: the decks could have been cleaned

Absolutely loved our stay! Positive: The place was larger than expected, master bedroom was amazing very large with ensuite and balcony. Great location. We were all very impressed. Had a bit of an issue entering but the host was quick to respond and resolved the problem. Very clean and accommodated our needs. Would definitely stay there again, have actually told many friends about Rustic. Thanks for a great stay!

Although we had some confusion with the door code at the beginning, we got it fixed fairly quickly. And the rest of the stay was absolutely fantastic.We were out and about every day so we basically just slept there. Everything was available to us and extremely convenient.We would absolutely return here again.
