Awesome Place!

Rundlestone Ridge was fantastic! The cabin was beautiful and amenities were great. Everyone loved the huge hot tub, steam showers, gourmet kitchen, and amazing fireplaces! Location was a very short walk to the chairlift and Cliffhanger restaurant. Beds were also super comfy and everyone slept well. Would definitely book again.

NO HEAT during our entire stay

We stayed at the Rundlestone Ridge cabin, which has a gorgeous interior. However, during our stay we had many issues that were not resolved. NO HEAT THE ENTIRE STAY: As soon as we arrived (Monday), the cabin was at 18 degrees, the heat wouldn't turn on so I contacted Chelsey with Aisling Baile, she made us troubleshoot for an hour before finally contacting maintenance, who didn't show up until 7PM to look at the issue. Maintenance couldn't fix the issue and simply left. I informed Chelsey of this, who didn't sent maintenance back until 2PM the following day (Tuesday). The no heat issue still couldn't be fixed, and the maintenance person said someone else would come back the following day. By this time, we are heating the house manually using every fire place in the house, and by the mornings the temperature is getting as low as 10 degrees (to add, we had several small children with us between the ages of 8 months and 2 years, these temperatures were very uncomfortable for them to be sleeping in). By the third day (Wednesday) at 1PM the company finally brought over 3 small space heaters after we requested these numerous times. This cabin is very large and open with vaulted ceilings, so three space heaters was not enough for 4 families. Maintenance never came back for the rest of our stay, and the furnace was never fixed. We were there for five days, leaving on Friday. I received an email from Chelsey the following Monday (3 days after we left) letting me know the furnace was finally being replaced.. Honestly, as if we care at this point. FAULTY COFFEE CUPS: Two coffee cups broke in people's hands when using them properly. The person poured in fresh coffee, then cream and the cup exploded. The second cup that broke on the last day dumped hot coffee all over my infant daughter. It was an extremely traumatic event for both her and her parents. When I informed Chelsey of this issue several times, she avoided commenting on this entirely and no resolution or compensation was ever given. HOT TUB QUIT HEATING: On our fourth day (Thursday), I received an email from Chelsey letting me know the hot tub quit heating. She asked me to send photos, troubleshoot the issue, and finally fill the hot tub with more water. She refused to send maintenance out to fix the issue, and insisted we fix it ourselves - I found this pretty ridiculous, we are paying thousands of dollars to stay in a cabin that refuses to send maintenance to fix nearly all issues. FAULTY ALARM SYSTEM: At 3AM on our second night the security system started going off in the entire house for no apparent reason, waking up everyone and their kids. No resolution or even looking into the issue occurred after I informed Chelsey of this. In the end, after all of these issues, we were only given a $450 refund, which we voiced to the company was extremely unacceptable and unreasonable given that we didn't have a basic necessity as heat for the entirety of our stay. The company refused to refund us any more, and simply sent the refund without confirmation that we were satisfied, which we were not. Moreover, during our final communication, Chelsey said "The $450 refund is considered a reasonable adjustment, especially given the steps we took to address the issues promptly during your stay" which was again, false and very frustrating as if talking to a robot, because the issue of no heat was literally never fixed during our entire stay, they were not prompt at all, and the same could be said for the other issues we had. I can only imagine the severely false comment they are going to spin when reviewing this rating to try and justify their position. Although a beautiful cabin, my God, I truly would never stay here again or anywhere that uses Aisling Baile to manage their properties given their lack of action to very serious issues. We were simply lucky that the weather was fairly mild during our stay (highs of -5 and lows of -20 degrees), otherwise we literally would not have been able to keep the cabin above freezing using the fire places.

Family stay

We had an amazing stay at Rundle Ridge! Everyone enjoyed. The kids loved all the gaming systems and access to the Panorama Pools. The adults loved the grand fireplace and hottub. Panorama is a beautiful place to stay and enjoy some relaxation and time outdoors. Cant wait to come back and enjoy some skiing.

Such a relaxing weekend

We just returned today from our stay in Panorama. We had so much fun and were so relaxed. Just the kind of weekend our family and friends had been craving! Communication with Chelsey was amazing, she answered my questions quickly and even helped me break our payment into smaller payments so my husband wouldnt catch on that we were making surprise 50th birthday plans! We had everything we needed in the kitchn. The games and books were missing pieces and were a bit outdated but we brought our own anyway. The kitchen wasn't as clean as I would leave it but I also know i have extremely high standards of clean. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already making plans for another one!
