Serene Peaks | Private Hot Tub | Peaceful

We liked the location of this unit and all the space that it provided. We found the hot tub and most of the unit to be very clean - the walls and baseboards could use a very deep cleaning though. We found you could hear every little noise from either side of the unit. There was also a funny buzzing sound that could be heard inside coming from the utility closet. We were disappointed that we were had to wait over an hour after the advertised 3pm check-in time to actually check-in. Overall would likely not stay here again due to how noisy the unit was. They do provide noise machines in the bedrooms I’m thinking likely due to this factor.

Place was as described. Within easy reach of local attractions and amenities. Kids loved the hot tub especially. There’s a PITA neighbour in unit 1, but not really a big deal.

This was booked for 50th birthday. Hot springs amazing! Positive: I received many emails with address. However only one with unit number. Had hard time finding email with full address. Tried to reach out to both numbers, unsuccessful. No help until I started trying code boxes only to find out the neighbor's garage code was the same, ooops Negative: Charges for cleaning too much. The dishes not clean. No one has good night sleep. Dishes all had to be washed before use/ gross dirty. Hot tub hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Scum all around inside. The worst buzzing noise in living room from electric panel, too much. Location was great! Parking great! I wouldn’t say it was pro clean but polished clean. Dust, bugs on ledges, base boards not done long time, grease hand prints walls and glass. Food down island. It served its purpose would I do it again probably not.

This was our second time to this location -- the first time was 2 years ago. We assumed that after 2 years it may look a little dated/warn down, but we were wrong. It was just as clean, just as welcoming, and a perfect place to stay. For four adults and our dog, there was plenty of space, great amenities, walking distance to the stores of Radium and a golf course that made for beautiful walks and exceptional views -- even though it wasn't golf season. And the customer service provided by Aisling Baile is second to none. They accommodated our special requests, multiple questions, and were fully accessible while we were onsite and had questions. I would highly recommend this venue on all fronts. You won't be disappointed!! Thank you for a great weekend away and some wonderful memories.

Had everything we needed for a great stay. Was a very easy process for check in and check out.
