4 Seasons Chateau | Hot Tub | Fire Pit | Backyard

We came here to meet family from Edmonton and don’t get me wrong. The house itself is nice but the amenities leave something to be desired. The dishwasher was so stinky, even though we ran into two sanitary cycles we could not wash dishes for the three days that we were here and there was eight of us The downstairs bathtub was clogged with hair and started plugging up immediately when showering It’s winter time we went to use the hot tub and it was only set at 90°. Took eight hours to heat up before we could use it till the first day was lost. The second bedroom on the main floor has two heat registers in it for some crazy reason one of them had no register cover on it and one of us stepped in it. This room is right above the furnace and it’s so loud in here. It’s hard to sleep. I put all these fails on the management company. Obviously the cleaners are lazy or don’t report faults and somebody should be checking these properties before somebody pays $2400 for three days. We rent in the Fairmont area yearly and I’ll make sure I don’t deal with this management company again

Excellent location ideal for all amenities cannot fault it would stay again .

Great space and property. Complimentary condiments, comfy towels in the bathrooms, wood was provided for the fire. All in all a fantastic stay. We had a group of gentleman in for the weekend, was a great location to enjoy the golfing, the lake, and wander around. Would recommend booking! The WiFi was spotty and non-functional for most of the stay though, and small things like several lamps not having light bulbs or the downstairs toilet occasionally not flushing properly were the only detractors.

Very well maintained property. Excellent location. I would recommend. We stayed for 5 nights.
