The Grand Peak | Pool | Hot Tub | Fireplace | Gym

My partner and I booked this condo for a weekend getaway. It was very spacious, with two bedrooms on the main floor and a third room that is set up as a gym but could also be used as a third bedroom if needed in the loft area. Two full bathrooms were nice. Kitchen was fully equipped, although the dishwasher could really use an upgrade as it had parts missing and was installed crooked, was quite loud and did not clean the dishes - we just hand washed while we were there. Parking in the condo complex is tight. The condo does have one underground spot, but if you have a larger vehicle, you wouldn't fit under there and would need to try to snag a spot in the open lot. There is a pool and hottub in an adjacent building that all condo residents and/or guests have access to - you need a fob to get in. It was clean and well maintained. The condo is walking distance to the main strip in Radium so very convenient if you want to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, groceries, etc. Overall we had a great stay! My only complaint would be the cleanliness details within the condo - the floor was sticky and there was some dirt and sticky stuff on the dining chairs. The bedding seemed clean and it was nice that they provided body wash and hair product in the dispensers in both bathrooms. We would go back.

Enjoyed our time at this property. Clean and within walking distance to a couple trails and restaurants. Would recommend this to anyone in the area looking for a nice place to relax in.

Always enjoy staying in this building - these owners keep it super clean, it's always well stocked, and staying here makes our vacations easy and comfortable. Thank you...we will be back!!!

Really enjoyed the complex but unfortunately we were not able to use the hot tub later in the week.

We loved our stay! The condo is spacious and feels secluded behind the tall trees at the front of the building. The nearby road is not busy and it was nice and quiet. The central area with shops and restaurants is a 15 walk. We didn’t try the pool this time but we have been here before and we have used the pool as an alternative to the hot springs when the public pool was in construction. One recommendation is to add a toaster and a cutting knife - there were only butter knives. And some of the supplies need to be restocked like plastic wrap, soap in the bathroom and sponge in the kitchen. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and we will rent this place again next time we come to Radium.
